Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery on your first paid order and then for all orders over £30.
- Delivery is within 3 working days* from the moment you submit your order.
- Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
- If your order is above £30.00 no delivery charge will be applied. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charge is £5.35.
- We’ll email you to confirm the order is despatched once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.
- A signature will be required on receipt.
- If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Depend cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
- You have the right to return the products to us and receive a refund of your payment
- You have the right to waive your purchase without penalty and without giving reasons
- All returns for credit must be communicated to Consumer service. Please call our consumer service 0800 011 3232 within fourteen (14) working days, starting on the day after the goods are received by you
- Returned goods must be in their original condition. Packaged goods must be unopened, unmarked and in a re-sellable condition and together with any accessories that you received
- Once you have notified KC that you are withdrawing your order, any sum debited to KC from your credit card including delivery charges will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your notice of cancellation, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by KC in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
- The re-payment will be made in the same way you paid your order.
- A credit for returned goods requires a copy of the delivery docket, invoice, or documentation showing the customer’s name and date of purchase

Our Liability to you in case of Damaged or Defective Goods
In the unlikely event that the goods do not conform with our terms and conditions please let us know as soon as possible after receiving the good and we will arrange for their return at no cost to you. Once we have checked whether the goods are faulty, we will replace the goods or provide a full or partial refund of the price paid by you.
